I have 20 years experience managing several chronic conditions such as endometrial hyperplasia and sciatica
I have lived and worked in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indiana, California, and New York
I am confident working across cultures, collaborating with partners from Australia, Japan, Thailand, China, US, Brazil, Mexico and South Africa
I have navigated my own career shifts, from PR consulting for consumer and luxury goods to marketing strategy for the healthcare industry to personal coaching. I know how to make change, and how to support you to do the same!
From my experience working with people from different cultures, languages, and backgrounds, I learned how we each relate, make decisions, set goals, and solve problems. From my time in marketing strategy, I became an expert at identifying patterns, connecting dots, and distilling insights. My experience working with a variety of teams made me a strong communicator. And my experiences in my own body gave me the expertise to balance femininity and masculinity, and build the lifestyle that supports my needs and body.

Bringing at least one savory and one sweet snack with me to movies. (The sweet one is usually dark chocolate!)
I only recently found out that I shared two favorite artists with my great grandfather — Cezanne and Matisse.
About Tiny Hills
Once at a friend's house, I saw a piece of rose quartz shaped like a small iceberg or mountain. The rock cooled and calmed my skin and the various hues of warm pinks brought warmth to my heart. It was still and tough, yet it also looked alive and flowing with softness. I was deeply fascinated by the rock despite knowing nothing about it.
That pink mountain inspired my coaching practice. At Tiny Hills, I commit to hold a space where you can feel seen, safe, spacious, energized. I commit to provide you embodied support that you can feel in your heart and body, not just know in your head.

Tiny Hills uses the 'baby-steps' perspective for creating lasting change.
I believe that changes and goals aren't achieved like climbing one grand and overwhelming summit, but more like hiking a series of small hills. The many tiny hills are many tiny advances, retreats, successes, struggles, heartbreaks and overjoyed moments. Every subtle shift is important; those incremental efforts will accumulate and get you to your goals.
You deserve full transparency, presence and acceptance.
The curves of the hills in my logo come from the folds of my own torso — a place I used to feel most self-conscious about, the imperfections that I hid away. When I was finally able to look at my thighs and waist in the mirror without judgement, I decided to turn those lines into a logo that represents my commitment to always be open, honest, and agenda-free, judgment-free with you.
Pink hills represent the balance between science and woo and art. Cognitive and embodied. Think and feel.
Mountains are steady, but it takes just the right conditions for them to blush pink at sunset. Science explains the color but the feeling it evokes is pure magic. That mix of grounding and wonder is at the heart of Tiny Hills.
I have mountains in me.
I grew up in a city surrounded by mountains, I woke up everyday seeing many continuous hills. In the last few years, I came to realize how critical they are for my wellbeing — being in presence of mountains grounds me in my body and reminds me to breathe a little deeper. Also, in Chinese, hill or mountain is written as 山 — one of my favorite words because it looks exactly like what it means, and the simplicity doesn't take away its depth and impact. I believe that the most powerful wisdom mirrors that spirit — simple and quietly powerful.
