Alex’s Boulevardier
I finally found the perfect boulevardier! I’m not always in the mood for Campari’s sweetness, so this smokier and bitter version is perfect for me. If you like negroni but want something more ‘substantial’ than gin, boulevardier is your new best pal.
1 oz Rye
1 oz Vermouth di Torino Rosso
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz St. Agrestis bitter - less sweet and more bitter than Campari
Couple drops of Crude Bitters’ Psycophant (orange & fig)’ and ‘Pooter (smoke & salt)’ bitters
Campari Spritz
